William "Bill" McCutchen

Born March 11, 1936 - Died December 20, 2012

Bill was born in Guthrie, Oklahoma to Harvey and Oneita McCutchen.  He and Norma LeMarr were married on February 14, 1980 at the Harmony Church west of Guthrie.  Bill grew up in Guthrie then joined the Army 82nd Airborne Division.  He lived in North Carolina many years where he married and had three children before moving back to the Guthrie/Crescent area.

Bill was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Crescent where he served in many areas of ministry, including:  children's church, Royal Rangers, clowning, puppets, and youth to name a few.  Over the years, he loved softball and was an umpire and little league coach.  He was currently helping coach the Crescent Girl's High School softball team.  Bill was a member of the Crescent American Legion Post #200.

Bill owned his own business called 3B Workshop where he built outdoor furniture.  He retired from Tony's Pizza Service where he was a Marketing Rep.  Bill's career also included being a store manager at Hometown Foods, selling advertisement for both the Guthrie and Kingfisher newspapers, owning his own restaurants, and being a long haul truck driver.

Bill is survived by his wife Norma, two daughters and a son, two step sons, fifteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, nine brothers and sisters, and one granddaughter, Kimberly.

Bill's family would like to thank everyone who purchased and supported 3B Workshop over the years.  We know your products will last for many years and as you enjoy them we hope you will remember Bill.  It would make him very proud to know you are enjoying the products that he built with quality, craftsmanship, and pride.  He never built anything he would not buy himself.

3B Workshop - "Built By Bill"

This website will stay active until July 2013

At that time the site will expire and 3B Workshop will go dark forever.  Until then we hope you enjoy the photos we have posted celebrating his life.  The song playing is "I Will Rise" by Chris Tomlin and was performed by his grandsons at his Celebration Service.
